Updates...

Yesterday we held a birthday celebration for Fang at her house.

I have to admit Clarence is really the ultimate boyfriend. He plan and coordinate the whole party and it was a success. However, if Fang's 18th birthday party is already so happening, it kind of make people wonder how would the 21st birthday party go. Chalet? Ballroom? Or who knows, marriage proposal? Haha.

The party was especially sweet as we heard from Clarence that Fang was crying when she complain to him a few days back that no one is celebrating her birthday. What she didn't know is that the preparations were underway in the dark as we wanted to give her a surprise and really, the look on Fang's face is worth the effort.

I guess that is all for now...

I just realise...

Jay Chou Concert

I went.

I saw.

I can't get enough of it.

Woohoo! The concert rawks! Really.

It is totally different listening to his songs live.

But it can be longer. Seriously, two and a half hour is not enough. That is the problem when Jay Chou has too many hits. He can't belt out every single hit within a night. So he concentrated on songs from his latest album and the one before it and throwing in a few classics like 安静. Although i don't have a big problem with the selection of songs but there are some songs that you just want to hear them live. I was hoping for 晴天 when he picks up the guitar, 枫 when he is at the piano and some other and i can say there is a little tinge of disappointment. But! The feeling and experience when hearing him sing songs that you would normally only hear through CDs live is something... i can't describe. That feeling is simply too... great. Haha

Maybe i can only relive the experience through his concert DVD ... or maybe not.

08 First...

Finally... my first proper update for the new year.

Wasn't really very happy at how the new year starts for me. In short, it was a bad start to 2008 and i can only pray things change for the better. Sigh.

It is back to camp and it means the same old routine is back. Go camp, come home, go camp, come home... you get the idea. But! On the bright side, after some calculations, i am left with 13 work days and woohoo! ORD loh! Can't wait and it is definitely a coincidence that the day i ORD is the eve of Chinese New Year. Wow, the feeling is as though i am away to some far far place for service to the nation and i am back to reunite with my family. Cool.

Talking about camp stuff, i didn't expect to be in service long enough to see 2 Hellweek after mine. Well, suck it up guys. Once over, things will be so so much better. =)

However, the batch that is supposed to cross over to our department and take over us is still not here yet! Damn. It sucks when we all are in ORD mood yet the saikung still falls on us with no one to throw at. Haiz.

But hey, at least i can find consolation in the fact that this weekend is Jay Chou's concert! Woohoo! Damn i am one lucky bastard. =)
