    Random...

You know sometimes when a group of people is separated, the distance between them increased? Was browsing through some of my fellow batch mates blogs when I realised that everyone had sort of go their own way...

Take the OOC guys for example. They lived in the 6th floor of DVS, they had RP duties and they book out more often than us. It is like... they are a whole new group of people who we can't associated with yet they are the ones who I spend my field camp and range with. The distance between me and them has become so large that I don't know what to say to them whenever we meet in camp.

Than there is the internal separation within CDC. 7 trainees with leadership potential had been taken out to embark on the SLC course. Although they deal with diving like us, they take it to a whole new level by becoming diving supervisors. Due to the differences in the nature of the course, they had their own programme and own schedule. Though we had more interaction with the SLC guys than the OOC guys but essentially, they are not with us and the feeling of distance is evident..

Maybe it is just me but sometimes, when there is a distance between friends, it is very hard to close up that distance, even though that guy might be your best friend at that certain stage in your life...
